CUSTOMER HOME ASSESSMENT

If you are not able to visit us onsite for the initial assessment on your vehicle during COVID-19 please undertaken the ‘Home Assessment’ that is attached.

Typically for the initial assessment we would require you to drive your vehicle into our shop where we would take photos and note the repairs required. However, during the current COVID-19 situation for the health and safety of both our Customers and Employees we are taking necessary steps to help minimise this initial onsite assessment (please note: Customers will need to drop off the vehicle to our shop on the repair date we provide).

Specifically inform us immediately if your vehicle is:

  • Not steering correctly
  • If any warning lights appearing on dash
  • If any broken lights/windows
  • If doors not locking
  • If sensors not working
  • OR anything else of concern
