The assessment of your vehicle generally takes around 20 minutes. During that time, we take necessary images of your vehicle and for the basis of the quote required for repairs. We finalise the quote afterward. It is preferred to book for the assessment as this will help minimise the time required in our office. Private quotes will be emailed once our assessors/estimators have completed the quote. Depending on the repairs required on your vehicle we may need to source parts price for our suppliers.
No, we do not charge for private quotes.
Vehicle assessments/quotes by our estimators are undertaken by visual examination of the vehicle. Sometimes when upon dismantlement of repairs we may find further and/or additional damage. For private repairs we will notify the customer to advise of any potential further costs.
We provide an estimate for the number of repair dates required. Sometimes upon dismantle of repairs we may find further and/or additional damage that may cause delay in repair dates. In this event, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an update repair timeframe.
We look after numerous fleet vehicles, priding ourselves to create long-term relationships and welcome new fleet management vehicles. This includes end-of-lease repairs before hand over.

First, come in and see us determine if it is worth a claim. We can do the assessment and take the necessary photos and book on the repair date. Then lodge the claim with your insurer informing them you are ready to go with the repair. They will forward us the electronic paperwork for authorisation and then we are ready to repair it.
Our spray booth is 12 metres in length, 3.1 metres in height with the capability to undertaken repairs small buses, large commercial vans and trucks to the maximum height of 3 metres and weight of 4-4.5 tones.

Yes, we have a designated aluminium bay for vehicles with aluminium panels.
We accept payments via all card types, including American Express (no surcharge), EFT, and cash. We do not accept cheques.
